Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain configuration management (CM) and data management (DM) processes and standards in accordance with industry best practices (e.g. MAP Rev C)

Establish and maintain configuration item (CI) identification, version control, change tracking, and release records

Control and distribute engineering documentation including test plans, test procedures, specifications, change notices, and interface control documents

Facilitate and document meetings and ensure timely and accurate implementation of engineering changes

Oversee the collection, review, storage, and delivery of program data deliverables in compliance with contract requirements (e.g., CDRLs, SDRLs)

Ensure data traceability, integrity, and accessibility across internal and customer-facing repositories (e.g., SharePoint, DoD SAFE, MDDC)

Coordinate with engineering, program management, quality, and IT to improve and automate CM/DM processes

Provide training and guidance to teams on CM/DM procedures
