Responsibilities

Perform analysis and design of projects specializing in surface water hydrology and hydraulics for flood control projects and new development stormwater management
Support the Project Engineers and Managers
Collect and analyze data, hydrology and hydraulic computer modeling, civil design, report writing, cost estimating, and project coordination

Required

Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR entry-level graduate engineer with Master's Degree in Water Resources
Arizona E.I.T. or reciprocity required

Effective technical writing skills
Experience working in a team environment managing multiple tasks
Excellent verbal and written skills, communicating engineering information clearly and concisely

Preferred

Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
Knowledge of AutoCAD, HEC-1/HMS, HEC-RAS, FLO-2D, and GIS
FLO-2D experience
Python programming experience
