Qualification

Required

Earned a doctorate in industrial engineering, supply chain management, management science, decision sciences, operations research, systems engineering, or a closely related discipline
At least one degree in Engineering
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Relevant hands-on research and experience aligned with industrial distribution, including operations management, data analytics, optimization, supply chain and logistics, digital distribution, and operations research
Experience working in or with the industry
Leveraging the latest technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models, for advancing core research areas
