Tax Demo Engineer/Sales Engineer

HubSync is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Demo Engineer to join their team. The Demo Engineer will be responsible for delivering engaging product demonstrations of their Workflow Automation AI SaaS platform to potential clients, particularly within CPA firms, while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to tailor solutions to client needs.

Responsibilities

Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of CPA firms, showcasing how our platform optimizes workflows and improves compliance
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand the unique requirements of CPA firms and highlight relevant features
Prepare demo environments, configure software, and create custom use cases to demonstrate value propositions for accounting and CPA professionals
Provide technical insights and answer complex questions during demos
Gather feedback from demos to inform product improvements and customer needs
Develop demo scripts, presentation materials, and training content focused on CPA firm use cases
Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape within accounting and CPA sectors
Assist in onboarding and training sales teams on demo best practices, emphasizing CPA-specific solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in product demonstration, technical sales, or pre-sales engineering
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, workflow automation, and AI technologies
Deep understanding of CPA firms' workflows, compliance requirements, and pain points
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and demonstrate solutions effectively
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills

Preferred

Experience with CRM and demo scheduling tools is a plus
