Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all community transactions
Welcome, educate, and support new residents
Respond to and resolve resident concerns promptly
Ensure maintenance requests and work orders are completed quickly
Support property updates and improvements to enhance value
Supervise and assist property staff as needed
Enforce community rules and maintain positive resident relationships
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in property management or a related field
Knowledge of real estate contracts and lease processes
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize effectively
