On-Site Spanish Interpreter/Virtual Specialist
CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a full-time on-site Spanish Interpreter/Virtual Specialist to provide exceptional service to bilingual members in the community. The role involves translation and interpreter assistance, managing communications, and ensuring member confidentiality.

Responsibilities
Provides translation and interpreter assistance as needed between credit union employees and bilingual members
Field phone calls, voicemails, e-mails, and online messages
Assist online, mobile, and phone banking users with passwords, bill pay, deposits, and more
Deliver exceptional service while building strong member relationships
Refer members to other credit union products and services when appropriate
Provide efficient and professional service to members
Maintain member confidentiality
Qualification
Required
Bilingual fluency in Spanish required
Must pass credit union fluency testing and maintain working knowledge of English and secondary language
Have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent
Have experience working in a service or sales related capacity
Have strong written and verbal communication skills in both the English and Spanish language and the ability to work with a wide variety of people on a daily basis
Have the ability to be organized, efficient, and accurate in a fast-paced work environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs
Preferred
Minimum of 1 years' experience as an interpreter is preferred, but not required
