Responsibilities
Call restaurants to identify whether the owner speaks Mandarin or English.Record accurate language preference and contact details in our system
Send short bilingual emails/texts when needed to confirm language preference
Verify business info (owner name, email, phone, social profiles)
Ask several easy questions that help us to identify ideal customer profiles
Provide feedback on trends you notice in the lead pool
Qualification
Required
Native or fluent Mandarin and solid English communication skills
Comfortable making phone calls and asking direct questions
Organized, detail-focused, and reliable with data entry
No sales experience required—but confidence on the phone is key
Preferred
Current college student, recent graduate, or H4/EAD work-authorized candidate preferred
