Responsibilities

Provide governance to scrum teams focusing on integration guidance
Develop governance documents and procedures around ServiceNow integrations
Solution integrations for applications within scrum teams
Teach and train lead developers and developers on integration techniques
Assist in scoping new integration projects by gathering initial requirements
Lead developers, work with clients, and govern teams based on defined methodologies
Recommend new best practices and assist in forming new governance models for ServiceNow integrations

Required

4+ years experience with ServiceNow-specific tools (Scripted REST APIs, import sets, transform maps, transform engine)
Strong command of integration technologies and frameworks (REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC)
Proficiency in authentication methods (Basic, OAuth, SAML, Multi-Factor Authentication)
Experience with integration architectures (point-to-point, event-based) and tools (ServiceNow ecc_queue, mid servers)
Familiarity with data frameworks (JSON/XML) and middleware platforms (Mulesoft, Kafka)

Preferred

CSA or CAD certifications
