Responsibilities
Respond promptly to emergency calls and perform on-site inspections to assess damage for water, fire, mold, or biohazard restoration projects
Document findings and create initial project scopes for mitigation and remediation
Communicate effectively with customers, property managers, and insurance representatives to explain the restoration process and obtain authorization
Coordinate with the Operations Manager to transition projects efficiently into the next phase
Ensure documentation, estimates, and photo reports are accurate and completed using SERVPRO software systems
Represent SERVPRO in a professional manner during after-hours and emergency responses
Manage the customer experience and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in a ready state for immediate deployment
Promote SERVPRO’s services and maintain relationships with customers and referral partners
Participate in regular safety meetings, training, and departmental updates
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
High school diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of restoration industry experience (mitigation, remediation, or construction)
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and maneuver in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, etc.)
Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
Comfort working with cleaning and restoration agents
Strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and effective communication skills
Ability to successfully pass a background check, subject to applicable law
Preferred
IICRC certification(s) in Water, Fire, or Mold preferred
At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
