The newly created Executive Sales Leader position will be crucial in designing and implementing a national sales strategy to drive revenue growth and build a scalable sales organization.

Responsibilities

Design and implement a national sales strategy that drives revenue growth and margin improvement
Partner with ownership and executive leadership on acquisitions, integration, and expansion
Build out CRM processes, reporting systems, and scalable sales infrastructure
Develop and lead a sales organization capable of supporting multiple business units nationwide
Establish sales compensation models, incentive programs, and performance KPIs
Create alignment between marketing, operations, and field leadership to strengthen customer relationships
Lead by example, mentoring both emerging sales talent and experienced executives

Qualification

Sales leadership experienceCommercial roofing expertiseBuilding sales teamsPrivate equity experienceB2B building materials knowledge

Required

10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within commercial roofing, roofing distribution, or B2B building materials industries
Strong understanding of both the supplier/distribution side and contractor/subcontractor side of the roofing industry
Proven success building or scaling sales teams across multiple locations or business units
Experience working within a private equity-backed or high-growth organization
