Responsibilities

Manage an ongoing AI Enablement Program for multiple clients

Guide clients through strategic planning processes

Survey industry line of business software options

Guide meetings and become proficient in understanding and explaining AI

Look for opportunities for change, train staff, and unlock capabilities

Work with IP, defined processes, and training programs to support capabilities

Generate ideas and recommendations for all of it, building skills and team capabilities collaboratively

Use AI extensively in the job and become masterful at co-intelligence

Required

5+ years leadership/consulting experience, confidently able to lead meetings in most SMB organizations, navigate complexity, and deliver consistent results with variables
