Q-Free is seeking a driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to expand our direct business across the western United States. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and shaping the future of intelligent transportation systems (ITS).

Responsibilities

Build strong partnerships and work closely with distributors to drive sales performance and meet revenue target

Drive new business development and manage existing customer relationships

Develop deep product knowledge and promote Q-Free solutions to municipal, county, and state transportation agencies as well as consulting firms

Identify opportunities to add value for customers and expand our footprint in the region

Develop strategies for major pursuits, including preparing and presenting proposals, bids, and quotations

Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations in collaboration with technical teams

Coordinate closely with technical sales, proposals, operations, and technology teams to craft compelling responses to RFPs

Represent Q-Free at trade shows, conferences, and industry events

Maintain accurate daily CRM records, including visit notes and project updates

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of higher education and experience

10+ years of experience in business development, preferably within ITS or software-based solutions

Proven success in selling ITS, Traffic Signal, and/or ATMS software solutions in the U.S. transportation market

Strong understanding of technology trends and product development processes

Experience producing and analyzing sales reports and KPIs

Collaborative, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset

Excellent communication and presentation skills
