Responsibilities
Proficient in Oracle Cloud Compensation (Oracle Cloud Fusion Compensation module), guiding clients through best practices, configuration, testing, and deployment
Support functional requirements gathering, design workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Configure Oracle Compensation Cloud features
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Talent, IT, and Change Management to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals
Support end-user documentation development and end-user support resources
Stay up to date with Oracle quarterly updates and assess their impact on the client’s current solution
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with specific expertise in the Compensation module
Proven hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementation lifecycle including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, and Support
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and its integration points with Compensation
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results
Bachelor's degree in a related field
U.S. citizenship is required
