Help collect and organize data on texture, viscosity, and other key traits of mixes, inclusions, and coatings
Assist in creating profiles for raw materials, including ingredient photos and descriptions
Contribute to a growing database that helps define quality standards and supports troubleshooting
Learn how to use lab instruments like Gas Chromatography (GC), texture analyzers, and particle size tools
Help gather baseline data for new equipment like the Rapid Visco Analyzer (RVA) and chocolate analysis tools
Support the team in documenting results and lab methods
Help ensure that testing procedures are consistent and easy to follow
Qualification
Required
Under general supervision provides essential support for departmental functions that include a wide range of activities and initiatives
