Understand and work with software requirements specifications
Work under Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
Provide daily status and feedback on the work performed
Assist in analyzing, designing, developing, and deploying SharePoint applications
Provide accurate explanations of any written code
Communicate with internal and external personnel in English or Spanish to discuss requirements and specifications and provide status and explanation of the work performed
Provide support to users
Provide support to system administrators and technical personnel
Assist in preparing documentation like user manuals, requirements specifications documentation, and other needed documents
Report work hours with descriptions of the tasks performed and any daily issues
Take online or face-to-face training courses
Study and pass certification or assessment exams
Keep updated with new technologies, versions changes, new approaches, and updates
