Responsibilities
Shape our system-level architecture for our advanced software systems
Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, front-end and back-end teams to ensure user interface flows, integration points, and nonfunctional requirements align with our business goals
Provide program support throughout the development life cycle, from concept development, requirements definition, functional analysis, design review support, system implementation, integration, verification, and validation
Work within a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT)
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Provide leadership, technical direction, and guidance to multi-disciplined teams
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems engineering, solution architecture, or equivalent role focused on web applications
Understanding of the System Engineering Lifecycle and processes
Proven ability to capture and translate business needs into clear, testable technical requirements
Strong proficiency with Model Based Systems Engineering
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Experience providing leadership, technical direction, and guidance to multi-disciplined teams
Strong accountability with the ability to work autonomously to deliver high quality work products on-schedule
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to support customer meetings, and integration and installation events
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM discipline
Preferred
Certifications in TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent
Proficiency with Cameo MagicDraw
Familiar with Cameo MagicGrid framework
Proficiency in DOORS Next Generation (DNG)
Experience with RESTful API design, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture
Knowledge of DevOps practices, security frameworks and observability tools
Current Active DoD Secret or higher Clearance
