Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for high-value client accounts
Lead regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews, and status updates to ensure client satisfaction and alignment
Proactively resolve client concerns and align solutions with evolving client needs
Identify opportunities to expand services through upselling and cross-selling
Collaborate with internal teams to design, present, and renew solutions tailored to client goals
Track retention metrics and develop strategies that exceed client satisfaction benchmarks
Present performance reports and business insights to maintain trust and client confidence

Required

2+ years of experience in client account management, ideally in IT or MSP environments

Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, ConnectWise, or Autotask
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, risks, and growth opportunities
Adaptability and calm under pressure in a dynamic, high-volume setting
Demonstrated ability to grasp emerging technologies
