Responsibilities
Build out team infrastructure; assist field office leaders with managing growth, integrating acquisitions, and aligning their efforts with the company’s overall ‘customer centric’ strategy
Establish a culture of continuous improvement to ensure training, quality assurance, and workflows meet the needs of clients and make sense for the organization
Develop strong relationships with key insurance company partners
Serve as an industry leader and subject matter expert on industry regulations as well as market trends
Qualification
Required
Minimum of ten (10) years of commercial property and casualty insurance industry experience
Several years of management and retail agency leadership over operations, marketing, and client service
