Proven track record in candidate delivery and client engagement
Strong commercial instincts and attention to detail
Comfortable building relationships at senior leadership level
Ambitious, career-driven, and looking for long-term growth

Required
1–5+ years' experience within executive search or recruitment (retained or contingent)
Experience placing senior or C-level leaders (any function or sector)
