The role involves managing a complex systems engineering and enterprise IT network environment, crafting innovative engineering practices, and recommending process improvements to support mission effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Craft, develop, implement & execute innovative system engineering practices, processes and produce exceptional technical products

Demonstrate an ability to manage, analyze, trace functional and non-functional systems requirements, test cases, and architecture components

Accurately articulate issues, questions, and recommendations to customers

Recommend improvements to systems engineering process to support mission more effectively

Perform data analysis and translate business strategy into long-term technical roadmaps

Reviews the feasibility of new existing project requirements

Create presentations/solutions and articulates to senior mgt

Demonstrate high competency in Systems Engineering for multiple large projects
