Water/Wastewater Project Manager/Client Service Manager
Brown and Caldwell is a 100% employee-owned environmental engineering and construction services firm seeking a Project Manager and Client Service Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams on water and environmental projects in the Raleigh region. The role involves developing client relationships, driving project success, and managing project delivery from concept through completion.

Responsibilities
Set direction, define objectives, and align teams for success
Foster open communication, trust, and a safe, creative environment
Motivate and develop team members while celebrating wins
Develop and manage scopes, schedules, and budgets
Lead quality, risk, and change management processes
Monitor performance metrics and ensure client satisfaction
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Support business development and marketing efforts
Understand and deliver on client success factors
Qualification
Required
BS in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering/Science (MS or MBA a plus)
8+ years of project management experience, including leading projects over $750,000
Managing schedules and budgets
PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Supervisory or mentoring experience is a plus
Design-build experience is a strong plus
