Mid-Market Account Executive
Greenhouse Software is dedicated to enhancing hiring practices and is seeking a seasoned Upper Mid-Market Account Executive to join their Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for securing new clients, managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, and contributing to the growth of the company's customer base.

Responsibilities
Be an impactful, experienced player on a high-performing sales team
Effectively guide prospects through a thoughtful, value-oriented sales process to hit (and exceed!) your quarterly goals
Actively prospect to supplement the lead flow provided by a dedicated team of Sales Development Representatives
Proactively manage your pipeline of opportunities to deliver timely, accurate forecasts and ensure clear visibility into revenue performance
Travel occasionally to on-site client meetings, industry events and conferences, internal sales kick-offs, etc
Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated senior level experience with full-cycle sales with a track record of multi-year success generating pipeline and exceeding $1M+ quotas
Proven ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Strong business acumen, with the ability to build compelling business cases for strategic technology investments
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Preferred
Experience in HR Tech industry, a plus
