Responsibilities

Assist military leaders with discovering their cyber risks, understanding applicable policies, and developing a mitigation plan

Gather technical and personnel details from subject matter experts to help with the assessment of the entire threat landscape

Guide your client through a plan of action with presentations, white papers, and milestones

Help to translate security concepts so they can make the best decisions to secure their mission-critical systems

Qualification

Required

Experience with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Ports, Protocols, and Services Matrix, Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM), and Host-Based Security System (HBSS)

Experience with DoD or Navy cybersecurity policies and directives, such as Navy SOPs or Navy RPGs

Experience in utilizing eMASSTer compliance tool

Ability to follow established processes and procedures

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security and 5+ years of experience with Navy DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and NIST SP 800-53 or 9+ years of experience with Navy DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and NIST SP 800-53 in lieu of a degree

DoD 8140 Certification
