Responsibilities
Drive technical strategy, delivering impactful solutions today while positioning for long-term innovation
Lead cross-functional collaboration with business, product, and modeling partners to enhance and optimize our platforms
Take on broader leadership responsibilities, helping shape the team’s growth, capabilities, and long-term trajectory
Mentor and coach engineers, fostering both technical mastery and professional growth
Champion team culture and engineering best practices, fostering an environment of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of experience required; 7-15 years of experience in software engineering preferred
BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with a modern web framework, preferably React
Demonstrated leadership in driving large, cross‑functional engineering initiatives, including influencing technical direction and fostering collaboration across teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work constructively with product, research, and business partners
Track record of building and operating large‑scale, customer‑facing applications and platforms; experience in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable
