Responsibilities
Lead the brand voice for all global websites, email, and digital marketing under the leadership of the SVP of Global Creative
Drive the achievement of creative goals and strategic solutions to meet brand, marketing and eComm sales objectives, working closely with Marketing Leads,, and regional teams
Lead and collaborate with creative colleagues on the conceptual and copy direction of Calvin Klein’s branding, advertising and marketing initiatives
Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective copy concepts
Take part in creative concepting and collaborate with the designers to develop creative concepts for brand initiatives
Work closely with creative team to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual tone and style
Work closely with product marketing to create brand right, product storytelling that entices the consumer
Work with the social teams to develop copy for rollouts that consider channel needs and differentiations
Interact with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics
Be a strategic thinker, creatively interpreting insights from marketing into effective, meaningful creative concepts that meet business goals and maintain the highest level of creative integrity
Demonstrate the studio’s high-quality standards across all deliverables
Qualification
Required
10+ years of copy creative direction experience within the fashion/lifestyle space
A solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles
An exceptional copywriting portfolio website
Proven creative ability
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Ability to actively contribute to strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle different writing demands
Bachelor's degree in business related field or equivalent experience
Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for a variety of projects with diverse audiences
Experience with strategic concepting, campaign development and creative execution
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and capable of working collaboratively across multiple teams
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse writing demands
