Arranges patients for Computed Tomography examinations

Produces CT images to aid in the diagnosis of medical problems

Prevents patient from being exposed to unnecessary radiation

Ensures patient safety by using pre-established imaging protocols, and screens patients for safe administration of contrast media

Utilizes departmental policy to perform safe operation of equipment and all functions of the job

Provides complete pre and post education to patients and family

Reports to Supervisor or Manager

Able to evaluate competency level of others
