Responsibilities

Support the project management team with subcontractor and supplier coordination, material tracking, file management
Support project success by reviewing and processing key documents
Assist with scheduling and progress tracking, helping keep projects on time and on budget
Contribute to financial health by monitoring costs and preparing progress payment requests
Participate in project meetings, learning how decisions are made around contract requirements, safety, and quality
Own close-out activities and documentation for successful project completion

Required

Currently a student earning a Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field
Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027
Ability to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to learn project-specific software systems, including Microsoft Office 365 (ex Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), Procore, Adobe, and BlueBeam
Exceptional customer and client focus with ability to succeed in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communications skills

Preferred

Familiarity with general construction and design preferred
