Responsibilities

RF/Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer will work on transistor level IC design implementation for Apple Silicon in different technology nodes

Qualification

Required

BS and a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience
Strong device physics knowledge as it applies to analog IC design
Strong track record of delivering silicon IPs with complete architecture, design, verification and validation experience
Solid understanding/experience in bandgaps, bias, opamps, switched-cap circuits, LDOs, low power oscillators, PLLs, VGAs, feedback and compensation techniques
In-depth knowledge and analytical understanding of mixed-signal design techniques
Experience in understanding top level verification methods incorporating block level schematics and behavioral models
Experience in C/Matlab/VerilogA/Python modeling
Hands-on experience in using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators to validate analog designs

Preferred

Good knowledge of high precision techniques in presence of device mismatch
Understanding of data converter architectures and design trade-offs
Experience in working with production test engineers to produce test plans and design for testability details
