Responsibilities

Work with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve successful design of water treatment and pumping facilities
Lead clients to the correct treatment approach by utilizing modeling tools, bench scale analysis, pilot plant design and operation, and full-scale design, construction and commissioning of water treatment plants and pump stations
Support business development efforts and help in the pursuit of new projects
Work directly with clients on the projects and tasks that you are leading, developing long-term client relationships
Assist with team building and mentoring of younger engineers

Required

Bachelor's Degree in civil, chemical, environmental, or mechanical engineering
Need to demonstrate the skill set of being able to successfully manage multi-disciplined teams for large projects (i.e. design fees greater than $4M)
Extensive years of experience in relevant water treatment and process engineering, including water, wastewater, and reuse systems
Planning and design experience in water distribution system, including pipelines, pump stations and storage tanks
Planning and design experience in wastewater systems, including pipelines, pump station, and treatment plants and knowledgeable about water systems
Demonstrated understanding of drinking water supply, master planning, and treatment processes and technologies
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities
Minimum of 15 years experience in the consulting engineering industry
Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure is required
