Roadway Project Manager (Municipal)

They are seeking a driven and passionate Roadway Project Manager with municipal experience to support their transportation team, managing projects and building client relationships in Tennessee.
Responsibilities
Support the growing transportation team in Tennessee
Work on a variety of projects from sidewalks and bikeways to large-scale infrastructure
Utilize transportation design expertise to manage projects
Lead delivery teams and build client relationships
Interface directly with clients and grow presence in the Tennessee transportation market
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from ABET accredited University
Minimum five (5) years demonstrated experience with municipal DOTs and Local Government project experience
Previous experience serving as a project manager for transportation infrastructure projects
Demonstrated experience on various types of roadway design projects including design and plan development of new and rehabilitation highway projects
Proficiency with MicroStation and/or Open Roads Designer and a variety of transportation engineering analysis and design software
Understanding of and practical experience applying the AASHTO design guidelines to transportation projects
Strong analytical and time management skills
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
Preferred
Registration as a Professional Engineer in Tennessee (or ability to attain license within 6 months)
An emphasis on transportation projects with prior DOT experience in Tennessee, with knowledge and an understanding of TDOT design guidelines and standards
