Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Palo Alto Networks Cortex XSOAR security automation solutions within customer environments
Translate complex business and operational requirements into automated workflows
Integrate with SIEM and endpoint tools
Enable customer teams through hands-on configuration, documentation, and training
Develop automated playbooks, configure integrations, and train customer teams to enhance security operations efficiency
Qualification
Required
5 – 8 years of cybersecurity experience
Must hold an active US Government Secret Security Clearance
U.S. citizenship status required pursuant to a government contract
Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR – for security automation, playbook development, and orchestration
SIEM Platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, or ArcSight) – for event correlation and incident response integration
Scripting Languages – proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for custom integrations and automation logic
Endpoint and Network Security Tools – familiarity with IDS/IPS, EDR solutions, and firewall technologies
Cybersecurity Frameworks and Standards – working knowledge of NIST, RMF, and STIGs for compliance and secure configuration
