Responsibilities

Meet individual and store targets sales targets

Incorporate product knowledge, brand information and history in the selling ceremony with the end result of maximizing sales and building client loyalty

Capture all relevant customer information for entry in the database

Build and expand a client book; follow-through with client concerns, inquiries; maintain customer correspondence to build clientele, improve relationships and drive business

Follow up with any shipping, alterations, repairs or other matters related to clients

Assist in visual merchandising, general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image

Support shipping, receiving and inventory control as required
