Xirtix Consulting, LLC is a Managed Service Provider and Technology Consulting firm looking for a part-time Marketing & Business Development Associate to help grow their client base. The role involves prospecting, creative outreach, and maintaining relationships with potential clients through various marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
Prospect 400+ existing companies that fit our ideal client profile
Look for more companies to add to our marketing efforts
Build repeatable sales and marketing systems to turn prospects into clients
Use web research, phone calls, emails, and site visits to identify and qualify decision-makers
Make 20-25 calls per day to set appointments and build relationships
Maintain and expand our CRM database with accurate, up-to-date information
Support email and social media marketing efforts (drip campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, etc.)
Help organize seminars and speaking engagements to promote our services

Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable speaking with decision-makers at all levels
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Team player with a positive attitude
Creative thinker who enjoys alternative marketing approaches
Experience with outbound calling and lead generation
Familiarity with CRM systems and online research tools
Ability to use social media and web tools to identify prospects
Interest in helping find speaking opportunities for our leadership
Willingness to experiment with new marketing strategies
