The role involves providing high-quality service and technical support, conducting diagnostics and repairs, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance vehicle performance.

Responsibilities

Understand advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicle systems, including powertrain, electrical, HVAC, suspension, and infotainment

Interpret and utilize technical service bulletins, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools and codes

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide feedback on vehicle performance and reliability

Support call center teams to understand DTC codes

Conduct root cause analysis and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams

Maintain detailed documentation of the process

Review and update knowledge base cards/process

Review calls and provide feedback

Help with technical training

Be flexible to any ad-hoc task, both technical and non-technical

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repair

Strong understanding of vehicle systems

Proficiency with OEM diagnostic tools and software

Excellent problem-solving, writing, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
