Responsibilities
Participates in overall project kick-off-meetings (KOM) and ensures that all quality and technical details considered in the KOM memo are executed properly
Provides manufacturing lead time quotes when requested
Hosts manufacturing KOM and follows-up on KOM open action items with respective personnel
Develops manufacturing milestone execution plan
Manages Built Not Shipped and Date Management for respective projects
Coordinates all the factory actions related to the given project
Works closely with Project Management and Emerson Impact Partners to present a unified team to the customer
Monitors project progress and execution to meet any commitment given to the customer
If needed, expedites the different functions at the appropriate level
Provides regular and timely progress reports to the Project Manager and highlights any deviation compared to the original plan
Prepares the inspections and shipping schedules, ensuring the project is shipped on time according to the Customer request
Participates in Pre-Inspection Meeting (PIM)
Schedules, prepares for, and hosts the project related customer inspections
Handles video inspections (livestream and pre-recorded) as ordered
Supports PMO company objectives, policies and goals
Assists with factory tours
Qualification
Required
2-year degree required or High School Diploma/GED with 2 years manufacturing experience
Must be fluent in English
Preferred
Manufacturing experience preferred
Project Management experience also strongly preferred
Possess good, assertive communication skills and interpersonal skills to interfaces with people at all levels
Extremely detailed oriented and organized
Capacity to learn and speak on internal specification requirements
Able to work independently but involve others when needed
Ability to handle a high level of stress
Good decision making and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate dynamic work style in a continuously changing environment
