Responsibilities

Talent Management: Oversee a diverse roster of talent, manage all inbound/outbound brand deal negotiations, review and redline contracts, meet sales targets

Campaign Execution: Act as liaison between talent and client, carrying out start-to-end logistics from the initial planning and development of the campaign strategy, through the coordination of asset creation, launch across different channels, ongoing monitoring and optimization, and finally, analyzing the results to measure success against set goals

Lead Generation: Conduct outbound talent pitches and foster relationships with agencies, brands, and potential new talent

Required

Passion for and strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing

Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, manage several projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure

Commitment to our organizational values

Talent management experience a plus

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
