Responsibilities

Identify sales opportunities through various channels including remote and in-person activities, such as attending trade shows and industry events
Travel to clients and prospective clients, as required, to strategically source and manage client relationships and optimize use of core service offerings. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring client needs and actively soliciting requests for additional services and improvements to current services, when appropriate
Enter and maintain assigned customer records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database as required. Ensure consistent use of CRM within Account Management
Develop, foster, and maintain relationships with customer accounts. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and creatively
Liaise between company and client or prospect. Serves as the client's/ prospect's advocate, including monitoring and supporting all activity and managing problem resolution, escalating customer issues quickly, if necessary
Ensure effective communication with clients regarding new edits and system issues and upgrades. Communicate any client needs/ideas for future development to meet client's requirements and expectations
Work closely with technology, operations and officers of the company to ensure on-going customer satisfaction
Report weekly to the overall group on client satisfaction levels, new client issues, unresolved client matters and customer requested needs, along with strategic progress
Manage various marketing efforts, including attending tradeshows/conferences
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Officers of the company

Required

Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the financial services industry
Strong understanding of debt settlement, digital currency, and disbursement services
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel to clients and prospective clients as required
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues creatively
Proactive approach to monitoring client needs and soliciting requests for additional services
Ability to work collaboratively with technology, operations, and other officers of the company
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred

Experience attending trade shows and industry events
Familiarity with marketing efforts related to sales and client acquisition
Experience in managing a sales team or leading sales initiatives
