Responsibilities
Oversee resident relations and daily operations
Manage, train, and coach team members, guiding them to reach their potential
Review resumes, conduct interviews, and strategically hire new team members
Deliver timely, professional responses to escalated resident issues
Drive collection strategy to minimize evictions and reduce delinquency
Maximize retention rate and rate growth through lease renewals
Ensure proper move-out reconciliation processes are followed
Drive the profitability of the assigned portfolio
Handle special-case properties, including those with evictions, escalated customer service issues, disposition considerations, and potential legal issues
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED required
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a management role, managing direct reports required
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
Real Estate License and any permits/certifications required by state's real estate commission to engage in property management
Valid driver's license required
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of directly related experience in Property Operations, Real Estate, or Property Management preferred
Experience with property management software a plus
