In this role, you will work alongside licensed agents to coordinate property showings and open house events while receiving comprehensive training and support for your career growth.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and support home showings, property tours, and open houses
Collaborate closely with licensed real estate agents
Engage in ongoing professional development and training
Work with Buyer Agents to guide their clients to homes
Host three open houses per month
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Call
Qualification
Required
Already a licensed real estate agent or planning to be licensed
Positive and good energy
Ability to spend a significant amount of time driving in their car
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Have a sense of humor
Organized and accountable
Internally motivated
Willingness to learn
