Munoz Home Group is committed to delivering outstanding real estate experiences, and they are seeking a Showing Agent to help buyers find their perfect home. In this role, you will represent the company during property tours and support clients throughout their home viewing journey.

Responsibilities

Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program

Work closely with sales agents to support clients in their home search

Provide detailed written feedback to help clients fine-tune their property preferences

Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients

Commit a minimum of 10 hours weekly to lead generation efforts

Participate in weekly script practice following team protocols

Engage actively in team events and activities as per team standards

Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls

Log all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology tools
