Responsibilities
Raise capital across investor channels with an emphasis on OZ-focused strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing investors
Represent the firm with credibility and professionalism to prospective partners
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to support capital raising goals
Manage a consistent calendar of investor meetings, presentations, and events
Maintain accurate investor records and provide timely updates to senior leadership
Educate investors on the firm’s investment vehicles to maximize engagement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or related field)
8+ years of relevant experience in capital raising for commercial real estate
2+ years of specific experience with Opportunity Zone capital raising
Proven ability to independently raise and close capital commitments
Strong understanding of OZ financial benefits and real estate underwriting
Ability to present effectively to sophisticated investors and HNW clientele
Excellent relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel as needed
