Own the end-to-end development of Trashie’s loyalty and rewards features across mobile and web

Gather and synthesize customer feedback, research findings, and product data to inform improvements and new feature ideas

Design and iterate on points, tiers, and redemption flows that drive engagement and retention

Collaborate cross-functionally to create reward campaigns and engagement initiatives that deepen user participation

Translate product strategy into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint priorities

Partner with design to ensure the rewards experience is simple, intuitive, and delightful

Stay curious about new trends in gamification, loyalty, and consumer engagement
