Responsibilities
Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to validate or adjust clients' search criteria
Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients
Engage in lead generation for a minimum of 10 hours each week
Join weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards
Participate in team activities as per team standards
Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls
Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
