Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all branch operations, including project planning, execution, and quality control for paving projects

Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards

Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's customer base and revenue

Identify new business opportunities, prepare bids and proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of supervisors, project managers, paving crews, and support staff

Provide guidance and training to enhance team performance and promote a safety-focused work environment

Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement

Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering high-quality paving solutions

Promote a culture of safety among employees and contractors

Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to projects, finances, and client interactions

Provide regular reports to senior management on branch performance and progress
