The Permitting Analyst will be responsible for collecting and organizing regulatory and permitting data while maintaining accurate documentation to support Blumen's products.

Responsibilities
Call and email municipal, county, and state agencies to collect regulatory and permitting data
Track progress and maintain organized documentation of outreach and findings
Review and upload official documents (ordinances, zoning codes, permit forms)
Use judgment to identify what information is relevant for permitting workflows
Work closely with analysts and team leads to close data gaps and clarify inconsistencies
Support quality control and data collection efforts across multiple regions
Qualification
Required
Diligent and organized professional
Ability to contact municipal officials
Ability to collect ordinances and permit information
Meticulous record-keeping skills
Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable talking to city and county officials
Pride in accurate documentation
Enjoys research and finding the right information
Ability to track progress and maintain organized documentation
Ability to review and upload official documents
Judgment to identify relevant information for permitting workflows
Ability to work closely with analysts and team leads

Preferred
Experience in research, operations, or administrative roles
