Responsibilities

Act as a key member of the broking team partnering with actuaries and cat modelers to analyze insurance risks on a portfolio level to advise clients on reinsurance treaty structures to mitigate downside risk and improve capital efficiency

Prepare, transmit, market, and complete reinsurance placements

Ensure company, market and client related documentation is issued (internally and externally) accurately and on time

Coordinate internal resources, such as analytics, contracts and client services to provide solutions to clients

Meet with senior managers of client companies to present materials

Be a thought Leader: Conduct research on industry topics and develop content to be shared with Clients and Prospects, published in journals and/or presented at conferences and tradeshows

Each member of our Broking team will join at least one Product Vertical or Segment (i.e. Property, Casualty, Professional Liability, Surety, etc.). participating in the development of our global production strategy

Required

Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university

3 or more years of work experience in Property and Casualty insurance, reinsurance and/or consulting

Experience giving presentations to clients and internal groups

Prepare, transmit, market, and complete reinsurance placements
