They are seeking a highly creative and motivated Associate Producer to join their branded content creation team, responsible for producing, directing, and editing a variety of content that captures the energy and authenticity of WWE/TKO.

Responsibilities

Support the development, field production, and post-production of branded and promotional video content
Direct and produce shoots with WWE talent and crew, ensuring creative and logistical success
Edit projects using AVID, maintaining strong storytelling, pacing, and brand voice
Collaborate with producers, clients, and internal partners to align creative vision and execution
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Assist in all stages of production — from concept through delivery — ensuring quality and consistency
Required to travel of to 50% of the time, including occasional short-notice assignments

Required

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Film, Television, Media Arts, or a related field
3–5 years of experience producing, directing, and editing content across television, digital, or branded platforms
Hands-on experience directing talent and crews in the field
Proficiency with AVID editing software and strong understanding of production workflows
Excellent storytelling, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a collaborative mindset
Required to travel of to 50% of the time, including occasional short-notice assignments

Preferred

Experience shooting camera is a plus
