Responsibilities
Help maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor
Preparing products, restocking displays, or assisting with transactions
Anticipating team needs, keeping the space shop-ready, and helping to create magical moments for our customers during the busiest time of year
Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact
Wear their name badge with pride, greet teammates with a warm hello, and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers
Review their sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions
Offer a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to create customer relationships to bring the customers back
Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, process damages, testers and select merchandise to return to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves
Share our Loyalty program benefits, making sure customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you
Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration so we can better serve our customers and communities
Take pride in our work, achieve sales goals and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results
Qualification
Required
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
Meeting daily sales goal challenges
Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands
Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level
Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
