Responsibilities
Lead teams responsible for designing, building, and operating a scalable, efficient, and reliable Data and AI Infrastructure Platform across public clouds and Apple data centers
Own and drive key initiatives in cost efficiency, business and system observability, cost attribution, and capacity management
Qualification
Required
12+ years of software development experience in Data and/or AI platform infrastructure, with a proven track record of building and operationalizing solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises environments
10+ years of engineering management experience, including leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing technical teams
Deep expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native infrastructure, including Kubernetes, serverless computing, and container orchestration
Demonstrated success driving data/AI infrastructure cost efficiency through observability, attribution, and collaboration with service, customer, and SRE teams
Strong leadership in cross-functional collaboration, driving alignment across engineering, product, and business teams to accelerate adoption and execution
BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related technical field
Preferred
Expertise in AI/ML workload orchestration and scheduling, with a focus on optimizing resource allocation for large-scale training, inference, and data processing pipelines
Experience leveraging GenAI agents and tools to optimize infrastructure deployment, automate efficiency initiatives, and enhance developer and operational productivity
