The Producing Financial Advisor will guide clients through retirement solutions, converting prospects into loyal clients while maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics.

Responsibilities
Close between 25%–35% of qualified appointments within the first six months, with an average case size of approximately $500,000
Build and manage a pipeline that produces four to six new clients per month, totaling over $14 million in new assets by the end of the six-month ramp
Demonstrate mastery of the Vision–Verify–Delivery process, identifying client goals and designing custom strategies
Participate in three structured training sessions per week covering advanced sales psychology and retirement strategies
Ensure every new client experiences organized, proactive, and relationship-driven service, maintaining a minimum 90% satisfaction score
Maintain perfect documentation within Wealthbox CRM and observe compliance protocols
Qualification
Required
Master the Vision–Verify–Delivery system
Communicate complex strategies in simple terms
Close between 25%–35% of qualified appointments within the first six months

Maintain a 70% appointment show rate
